Australian filmmaker Selina Miles turns her attention to street artist 45RPM in this short film chronicling the Bristol-based tagger’s obsession with the very British phenomenon of Cockney rhyming slang.

"NIO" stands for 'No Idea's Original' and the phrase comes from the Nas lyric "no idea's original, there's nothing new under the sun, it's never what you do, but how it's done." This line leaves a lot open for interpretation however what I mean to express is how an idea can be revamped and made differently or even better, even though the initial item is still just that initial item.
